The Purple Lift Named Stella - A Story of Generosity and Awareness

Have you ever heard of a 65-foot tall purple lift named Stella? This lift is not just any ordinary piece of rental equipment, but rather a symbol of generosity and awareness for a cause that is close to many hearts.

Stella is named after a 5-year-old girl with a rare and severe form of epilepsy. Her grandfather, Greg, works for ChaseCo Rentals and when he learned about his granddaughter's condition, he and his company wanted to do something to help. In an effort to support Stella and bring awareness to epilepsy, ChaseCo Rentals ordered a custom S65 from Genie Industries. The unique color of the lift not only stood out but also helped raise awareness for the cause.

The purple lift, Stella, made her debut in April 2021, building the new MLS stadium in downtown St. Louis. The unique color caught the attention of many, leading to media coverage and even more awareness being spread. With proceeds from the rental equipment going to support Stella and others with epilepsy, the story of Stella has become a shining example of how even a small act of kindness can make a big impact.

I hope that you find this story as heartwarming as we do and that it inspires you to do something kind for others. Whether it's a small act of generosity or spreading awareness for a cause you believe in, every little bit helps.

I was thrilled to have a small part in this story by capturing the moments of Stella being assembled.
